White Fungus and rock Sugar Broth.

The ingredient show below:-

1. 30g White fungus

2.some rock sugar.

Method:

1.Sour the white fungi in warm water until soft.

remove it. Cut off the stalks.

Steam for 10 minutes and remove.

2. heat the pot. Pour in 2 cups of water.

put in rock sugar.

cook over medium heat

until rock sugar melts.

3.Put in white fungi.

Cook over low heat until thick.

Serve.
